Sadie BronkSadie Bronk has 20 years of experience in the electric and gas utility industry with a background in product development and deployment, analytics and account management. Sadie has a strong record of transforming partner relationships by understanding organizational obstacles to change and taking deliberate action to overcome them. Sadie has 10 years of experience implementing successful energy efficiency programs across the country and leading teams to action. Her program knowledge includes benchmarking, energy management planning, corporate sustainability program development, software deployment, program analytics, planning and evaluation best practices. She enjoys developing and deploying new products and programs that help move energy users to action. She believes in incrementalism; small actions combined, equals big change. Sadie holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University. She enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker and snowboarder. When she's not in the mountains, she resides in Austin, Texas where she enjoys hanging out with her husband Austin, son Emmett and chocolate lab Ruby. |
Ashley Myers BlackAshley Myers Black has 20 years of experience in business operations with a background in a project management, contract management, human resources, recruiting and accounting. Ashley has 10 years of experience in small business operations and administration. Since 2016, she has applied those skills in energy efficiency and sustainability work to help combat climate change. Ashley actively recruits and manages a network of industry professionals and consultants. She leads these teams to help deliver hundreds of utility allowance models each year, keep up with compliance regulations, analyze utility rates, and build quality databases for commercial customer implementing new software. She prides herself on the details because each detail builds on the next creating a pathway to big change. Ashley earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in 2016 and her APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) in 2017. She also holds a B.A. in Kinesiology from the esteemed Indiana University. She is an avid sports fan (go IU and Colts!) who loves spoiling her nieces and exploring new places in Austin, Texas with her wife and their adorable dog Peyton. |
