Utility Accounting Software Training and Database Support for over 200 Public Sector Organizations
"The Energy Bees team really came through for us when we needed them. They hit the ground running with their extensive experience in energy management, benchmarking, and software training backgrounds. They helped us manage the deployment of over 200 utility accounting databases using our software platform directly touching and/or managing over 100 databases. Important Note: Approximately 90% of the databases included the historical construction of a 2-year utility invoice history.
Energy Bees helped us quickly scale the deployment, trouble shoot complicated one-off data issues and served as a trainer for new end-users. In addition, they developed and helped manage our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) protocols improving our clients’ customer satisfaction scores.
As part of this project, Energy Bees was instrumental managing a group of high school interns (a team of 18 interns over a 2-month period). The interns were responsible for the construction of the client’s utility accounting database and implementing our QAQC procedures to ensure data accuracy.
