Jil Myers Black
Jil Myers Black has over twenty years of sales, marketing and creative, design experience.
Jil is a creative, out-of-the box thinker who thrives when working to bring a producer or client’s vision to life. She has worked in a multitude of creative medium’s including feature film, indie film, television, commercials and infomercials. Jil has sold everything from new homes to stocks, designed indoor, outdoor, small and large sets, and has recently taken those skills into the world of social media and web-based marketing. She loves the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing world of social media and figuring out how to appeal to the consumer.
Jil holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Purdue University. Taking the leap with her wife Ashley to move allows her to be part of a thriving, creative atmosphere in Austin. When she isn’t visiting her mother in Sarasota, FL or her four sisters in Indiana, she loves being out in her backyard or on a bike exploring her new city. Not to be forgotten, her favorite time is any time spent with her spoiled-rotten dog, Peyton.
Sadie Bronk has over fifteen years of utility and energy efficiency experience with a background in budgeting, data analysis, key account management, product development and energy efficiency program management.
Sadie has deep experience implementing successful energy efficiency programs across the country and has proven experience leading teams to action. Her program knowledge includes benchmarking, energy management planning, corporate sustainability program development, software deployment, program analytics, planning and evaluation best practices. She enjoys developing and deploying new products and programs that help move energy users to action. She believes in incrementalism; small actions combined, equals big change.
Sadie holds a B.A. in Communication from Washington State University. She enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker and snowboarder. When she's not in the mountains, she resides in Austin, Texas where she enjoys hanging out with her young son Emmett, partner in life Austin and chocolate lab Ruby.
